THIRD-PARTY NOTICES (summary)
=============================

This is a human-readable summary of major third-party software used by ColaV.
It is not an exhaustive SPDX bill of materials. Upstream projects retain their
own copyrights and licenses.

A) Dynamically linked / redistributed binaries in this zip
----------------------------------------------------------
  - FFmpeg shared libraries (avcodec, avutil, avformat, avfilter, avdevice,
    swscale, swresample, …)
License: GNU LGPL (see LICENSE-ffmpeg.txt; package NOTICE.txt)
    Site: https://ffmpeg.org/
Build lineage: BtbN FFmpeg-Builds (LGPL shared), FFmpeg 7.1 series

  - softcam (softcam.dll)
    License: MIT (see vcam\LICENSE-softcam.txt)
    Upstream: https://github.com/tshino/softcam

  - obs-spout2-plugin (win-spout: win-spout.dll, Spout.dll, SpoutDX.dll,
SpoutLibrary.dll, and locale files under win-spout\data\locale)
License: GNU GPL v2 (see spout2-plugin\LICENSE-obs-spout2-plugin.txt).
SpoutSDK itself is BSD-licensed; see the same file for both license texts.
    Upstream: https://github.com/Off-World-Live/obs-spout2-plugin
Distribution note: this is a separate OBS-side plugin binary that runs as
part of the OBS Studio process, not statically linked into colav-app.exe.
ColaV installs it (with user consent, on request) into
%ProgramData%\obs-studio\plugins\win-spout so OBS can pick it up as an
extension, the same "bundle a separate binary + ship its license" pattern
used for FFmpeg and softcam above. This does not change colav-app.exe's
    own license.

B) Major libraries linked into colav-app.exe (typical stack)
------------------------------------------------------------
These are compiled into or linked with the application. Common licenses are
MIT, Apache-2.0, BSD-style, or similar permissive licenses unless noted.

  Runtime / app shell
    - Tauri 2.x and related WebView2 host stack … MIT / Apache-2.0 (upstream)
    - Serde / serde_json … MIT OR Apache-2.0
    - Tokio async runtime … MIT
    - tracing / tracing-subscriber … MIT
    - anyhow / thiserror … MIT OR Apache-2.0 / MIT
    - uuid … Apache-2.0 OR MIT
    - base64 … MIT OR Apache-2.0
    - bytes … MIT
    - futures-util … MIT OR Apache-2.0
    - reqwest (rustls) … MIT OR Apache-2.0
    - rustls / ring … various permissive (see upstream)
    - tungstenite / tokio-tungstenite … MIT OR Apache-2.0
    - windows-rs (Microsoft windows crate) … MIT OR Apache-2.0

  Media / realtime
    - webrtc-rs ecosystem (and its dependencies) … typically MIT/Apache-2.0
      (see https://github.com/webrtc-rs )
    - In-process FFmpeg usage via dynamically loaded LGPL DLLs (above)

  Camera background removal
    - PP-HumanSeg human segmentation model (192x192) … Apache-2.0
Copyright (c) PaddlePaddle Authors (PaddleSeg). Embedded in
colav-app.exe, unmodified, as distributed by OpenCV Zoo:
      https://github.com/opencv/opencv_zoo/tree/main/models/human_segmentation_pphumanseg
      (human_segmentation_pphumanseg_2023mar.onnx)
Full license text: LICENSE-apache-2.0.txt in this folder.
    - tract (tract-onnx, Sonos) neural network inference … MIT OR Apache-2.0

  Capture / GPU (Windows)
    - Windows Graphics Capture / DXGI / D3D11 via windows-rs
    - Spout2-compatible shared texture protocol (sender/receiver side
reimplementation in this project; Spout protocol originated from
LeadEdge / Spout community — verify if you redistribute Spout SDK
binaries separately; this package does not ship Spout SDK installers)

C) How to get more detail
-------------------------
  - FFmpeg: LICENSE-ffmpeg.txt + NOTICE.txt in this folder
  - softcam: vcam\LICENSE-softcam.txt
  - obs-spout2-plugin: spout2-plugin\LICENSE-obs-spout2-plugin.txt
  - PP-HumanSeg model / Apache-2.0 text: LICENSE-apache-2.0.txt
  - ColaV terms: LICENSE-colav.txt
  - For a machine-generated crate inventory, rebuild from the public source
    tree with tools such as `cargo license` / `cargo about` when available.

D) No warranty
